Samuel Attah-Poku

Dr. Samuel Attah-Poku received his undergraduate degree in Ghana then completed a PhD in Chemistry at University of Alberta.  He joined VIDO-InterVac in 1987 and is responsible for providing scientific and technical expertise related to chemistry.  Dr. Attah-Poku's areas of expertise include: peptide synthesis, protein purification, characterization, and modification and applications in vaccine and diagnostics reagent development.

Research Interests:

  • Synthesis of molecules that can be used as adjuvants in vaccine formulations.
