Contract Development and Manufacturing

The Vaccine Development Centre (VDC) is VIDO’s new vaccine manufacturing facility. The VDC supports human and animal vaccine development from discovery to commercialization.

In the VDC, we can produce vaccines for human clinical trials (up to Phase 2) and veterinary vaccines for commercial use. All vaccines are produced using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, which are used by regulatory agencies to ensure medicines are produced safely. VIDO uses a unique modular design for maximum flexibility and a wide range of vaccine platforms and other biologics.
