A new year, and a new look

VIDO is at the forefront of Canada’s infectious disease research and vaccine development for humans and animals. Based at the University of Saskatchewan, we have made a worldwide impact for 45 years and continue to do so by rapidly responding to emerging infectious diseases including COVID-19.

With a refreshed recognition of our history and in celebration of our future, we recently embraced a new, enhanced visual identity that symbolizes our national and international impact.

As we develop solutions through research, our efforts are always guided by the same principle: protecting Canada and the world from infectious diseases. This is our purpose. This is VIDO.
